“The property is located in a busy mall area. There is a Chinese restaurant attached. Other reviews mentioned homeless, I did see them at the Tim Hortons across the parking lot (Shell gas station & Tim Hortons are side by side). I had no interaction with them. Front desk locks doors at night for safety which is an added bonus. Overall good stay. Room was a little dirty when we got in (bathroom dirty, hair on bed) but the housekeeper cleaned it up right away when notified. Front desk super...

“So the hotel is failry nice probably the worst pillows ive ever seen in my entire life actually had to go and buy my own pillows they were so bad. Service wasn't the greatest but not horrible its not a busy hotel so thats nice. Worst thing about our room was the tv didnt work. Free breakfast is nice but dont expect to much. Room was nice and big and clean however.”

“Thermostat in the room is not working, making the room hot as the heat register won’t go off. Left the small, screenless window open to keep it bearable. Entire property needs updating, but any of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. ”
