“We live in Batumi, but make frequent visits to Tbilisi. ZP Palace works very well for us. Great location in Chugureti (safe, quiet, convenient), modern facility well-maintained, nice breakfast, and outstanding housekeeping every day. Owned and managed by a local family. Because I require a breathing-machine treatment just before our long return train trip, they kindly allow me a late check-out. Nice folks with good skills.”

“A very clean and newer hotel. Interior design is nice but lobby and hallways are a little too dark, but could be their style. Breakfast was really good, different servings daily. I admire how the staff from the front desk to the dining area greets you everytime and so friendly. They are very accommodating to your favors (I had a couple), thanks to you all. We will be back.”
