“Soggiorno pessimo su tutti gli effetti salvo la pulizia in camera che è stata buona. Per il resto soggiorno da dimenticare. Colazione a buffet non c'èra poco o niente, servizio in piscina hotel con capienza di 100 persone c erano 6 sdraio brutte e 2 anche rotte. Ristorante alcuni piatti erano buoni ma la maggior parte da dimenticare. Sconsiglio questo albergo. ”

“空港送迎付きの返金不可のプランで予約しましたが、実際には空港の場所が変わったため無料送迎は現在行っていないとのこと。問い合わせの連絡をエクスペディアを通じて連絡しましたが返信がなく、web上で調べたgmailに連絡してやっと返信がありました。空港送迎希望の場合は₱800必要です。チェックインの時間より早く着きましたがすぐに部屋に案内してもらうことができ、バイクのレンタルもホテルで行えた点はとてもよかったです。一点残念な点としては忘れ物をしてしまったため問い合わせたところ「ある」との返答はありましたが、その後郵送してほしい旨を数回連絡していますが未だに一度も返信がありません。とても大切にしているものなのでもしこの口コミを見られたら早急に対応していただきたいです。実際に対応してくださったスタッフの方たちもとてもフレンドリーだったのでその点が解消されればコスパのいい満足できるホテルだと思います。”

“Not 24/7 desk as advertised, when we tried to check in after our ferry got in the gate was padlocked shut, we could hear the phone ringing but no answer. They refused to refund as they “don’t lock the doors” - we were stuck outside their locked hotel for an hour trying to get through, don’t trust them!”

“The hotel is new, clean and comfortable, there is also a terrace on top. We had a good breakfast. The staff is very nice and can help for info, taxis and renting a motorbike, the best way to visit chocolate hills, Panglao and the surroundings. The price is high, but ok for the average of the city and for the service. ”

“The lobby was extremely stinky. It was very hot. There was no elevator and the bedsheets when we got in the room were very nasty bedsheets weren't changed towels were dirty. Countertop table is also very dirty. It has a lot of white stuff stains. Seems like a dry sperm from a guy. AC was not working properly and the water heater is not even working. The representative/front desk was not very helpful. A very impolite and wasn't not very informative. If I can get a refund because we were just...

“Dejligt hotel i meget rolige omgivelser, væk fra vejen og støj. Hotellet er helt nyt, rent og i virkelig god tilstand. Hotellet er rummeligt og der er god plads. Som mange andre gæster skriver er det dog langt væk fra alt. Der er ingen restauranter, butikker eller noget i nærheden. Men hvis du bare leder efter et roligt sted uden støj er dette hotel perfekt. Der er en restaurant på hotellet men med begrænset udvalg. Morgenmaden er fin og er på bestilling hvor du får én ret, kaffe og juice....
