“The staff were friendly and showed us to our room. I believe there were only stairs to each floor. The rooms were a little dated. The bed was quite hard if that's something you prefer. I also had a little trouble with the temperature in the shower in the mornings (it wouldn't stay at one temperature). For the money it's ok and it's in the good location for boscombe and the beach but not sure I would stay there again.”

“Great spot at the quieter end of town. My room had a lovely view. Bed was comfy. A few things not working- the wifi only worked in the corridor or in the room, the clock needs a battery and the water pressure in the shower was poor. Other than that all good!”

“Such a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the pier and arcades, 15 minutes or so to both shopping centres ( Gunwharf/cascades ) with the theatre being even closer if that is included in your poa for your time away! Lovely clean rooms, quite a personal experience with only me and my wife with the owner at breakfast but we liked it that way. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon! Also lovely bar and atmosphere for drinks in the evening.”

“Just right for my needs. Good location for access to town plus free parking. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful.”
