“The staff seem to be genuinely kind and caring people, from the front desk to the landscape staff and everyone in between. Can’t say enough about the property. The staff was helpful with scheduling activities, and no fault of theirs that the activity wasn’t as advertised. We rode horseback to the waterfall meaning we rode horses up one side of a mountain and had to walk down to the waterfall and back up, was told it was 400 steps and it was literally 9000, straight down and back up. ”

“I would highly recommend this property. I came on a girl's trip for 6 days. There are several thermal pools that are heated to a range of different temperatures so you can find what works for you. There are also natural pools with slides and the place seems quite family friendly as well. Breakfast is included and it was great. Lunch and dinner were pretty good too, but we enjoyed catching a cab into town to the different restaurants. Food options downtown were great! Excursions were also easy to...
