However, we were impressed with the friendly and courteous staff, especially Courtney (bellman) who took great care in welcoming us and getting us settled in our room. “Very nice all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay area. The staff was very polite and courteous. Food was good, drinks were nice and rooms clean. There were events every night which kept a very festive vibe going. My 5yr old daughter enjoyed every bit of our stay. They also have cabs to drop you to the airport at very reasonable prices and almost zero wait times. No need to worry about transportation back to the airport at the end of your trip.
