“I liked the activities available each day The staff was great updating you with the daily schedule and always invited you to participate The pools and beach area were also nice. Our room needed updating (especially the bathroom) and felt it could have also been cleaner. We did get pretty burned out on the buffet but did utilize 3 of the onsite restaurants. ”

“There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! ”

“We experienced colorism, classism and also stereotype. We are a black couple who were born in Jamaica (background knowledge). We booked the preferred suite on the wild orchids side of the hotel. On arrival to the facility, we were greeted by a bell boy who we told three times that we booked the wild orchids side however he repeatedly tried to direct us to the St James side. The light in the bathroom was not functional ( this we pointed out on arrival and the issue was not rectified). The hot tub...

“I've been to this resort during the pandemic (2022) so i wanted my husband to experience this for his birthday as well. We ended up becoming a diamond member. Food/drinks was great, wish we could have stayed longer. Shout out to kedesha,Jaheem,Tasha, Brian our butler for a short time and another young lady Shanae i think lol. But a few concerns, our toilet seat was broken, while taking a shower water got all over the floor. But overall i will def recommend this resort. ”
