“Stunning tranquil location with very attentive staff”

“Horrible, a real nightmare hotel. The pictures they provided are just illusions. You can go there JUST if you are a golf player or you have child ill-mannered!! The room was quite basic and poor, the mattress hard and the pillow uncomfortable. The breakfast was also poor and "synthetic". The pool was crowded of children screaming, running end diving. “Excellent experience lovely stay away with friends. Great customer service under difficult circumstances due to weather phones not working and power cuts. Staff handled it very well. A few drawbacks though for a Hotel with this many stars no bottled water in the room and the rooms were quite cool ”
