“We’ve stayed here as a family around 10 times. Nothing but construction taking place the entire time at sail the pool side restaurant. No real waitstaff to support purchasing meals and drinks during the day, took way too long for staff. Massive fail charging us what they charged us when the amenities where less than ideal . Will not stay and pay here again.”

“Fantastic hotel. We returned after 20 years (now with kids of 9 and 13) and had again a fantastic vacation at The Buccaneer. The beaches, pool and tennis courts are very nice and a very serviceminded staff made our stay unforgettable. Love the place and will be returning.”

“The amenities are really good however the functionality of the room was sub par. We transferred to another room which was ok. The hassle of transferring was a bit much after they couldn’t fix a problem they knew existed prior to the stay. Staff was lovely and food was great.”
