“I love that it was close to Xcaret and we were able to get tours. The staff were very friendly and personable. Bellitna at the Oriental restaurant made sure we got our food in time so we won't be late for the show at Xcaret. Most of all the staff modified our stay given that we didn't get there until 2 days after our reservation because of flight cancelations.”

“They had originally given us an ocean view on the 1st floor, but we didn't like it, it wasn't like the photo it showed when we selected the room, we asked for a change and they very kindly accommodated us on another ocean view with a king size bed, much better like the one we chose when booking. Very good clean rooms. Delicious food. Marcopolo's breakfast buffet needs more variety. The a la carte restaurants have very good dishes. “Enjoyed the Riu parties that they shuttle you back/forth to for free. The buffet was good. Never waited long for seating at the dinner options. Beach was nice and it was private so no one trying to sell you things. ”

“The property was beautiful. There were several places to eat and the food was actually very good and a big variety. One of their adult pools had to close because a swim up table collapsed. Nobody was hurt and it reopened the next day ”
