“The room wasn't particularly clean, but it was fine. The w.c. it was spoiled and stained. Every time I took a shower the whole room flooded (you have to keep the curtain inside the tub to limit the leakage). Slight unpleasant smell when I entered the room. All in all, it's not the worst, but I was expecting something more from a 4 star Hotel which is also a wedding venue. I'm writing about the HOTEL, Maybe the restaurant and the spa are better as like they looks in the pictures.”

“All staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. We booked a room for 3 adults which was clean, really large and spacious with partial views of the lake. Shower was great, really powerful.Variety of teas, coffees and biscuits to choose from in the room.
