“La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si...

“The property was easy to find and a very quiet neighborhood being that the home is located on a main street. Neighbors were friendly and the home was overall comfortable for the 4 days we spent there. Host was very nice and communicated very well. ”

“Ideal! Cheery and efficient layout. Beautiful view of snowcapped Rockies. Happy sounds of kids playing on the elementary schoolyard across the street. Great bathroom and kitchen and plenty of storage nooks to tuck away luggage, Christmas packages, etc. Nice walking area. Close dog park. ”

“We were visiting family in Golden. This was a perfect location to walk downtown or along Clear Creek. The town is quiet at night so had no issues with traffic or parking. We will stay here again. ”

“Michele was a great host, and the apartment is comfortable. The location worked well for me, and having access to a garage for parking was a bonus. It might be worth noting for future renters that the apartment is up a flight of steps. ”

“My daughter wanted a quiet stay before heading back to CSU. She got exactly what she needed. This studio was the perfect location for her to walk, get some coffee and rejuvenate before the semester starts. Communication with owner was fabulous and easy. Will be back in the spring!”

“The cutest apartment, tidy and uncluttered. Located in a great location to walk a variety of places. The neighbors were kind. Yes there were homeless outside, but it was no problem as they are everywhere. Having a place to park was great. We parked and walked everywhere. Highly recommend! We didn’t want to leave. ”

“The space was perfect. Host was responsive and quick with any concerns or requests we had. Pros: check in was easy, large living space, house is fully equipped with dishes, towels, extra blankets, washer/dryer, cute spots to eat/drink right downstairs! Things to keep in mind: lots of stairs (we didn’t mind but just for anyone looking to book), the walls are THIN you will hear your neighbors, the balcony overlooks a papa John’s parking lot (there was some drama outside some nights lol). “Kasa was amazing. I loved the updated appliances, modern interior and comfortable furniture. This place specifically was in a great area of town where transportation was available nearby, plenty of food choices, and a Whole Foods was around the corner. Most of all, security was wonderful. I always felt safe, warm and welcome at Kasa.”
