“I really did have an overall great experience. It was super convenient and easy to get to/from the airport, downtown, as well as other events I attended. That being said, it was really quiet and relaxing. The staff I interacted with were all friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing I wish more attention was placed on is the tub had a drip and wasn't draining well, so the water accumulated, leaving a bit of rust around the drain. The tv remote's back was loose and kept falling off....

“Photos looked nice, but the reality of the room did not match them. The room was clean, but overall the room felt outdated, in decor, paint, TV, and especially the bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom makes no sense whatsoever. It's obvious it was an upgrade, but the setback of the original faucet was not taken into consideration and the new faucet does not have the proper reach. It was impossible to use the sink without having your hands touch the edge of the sink basin, the water barely...

“Check in was a hassle. Paid for a King bed room and when checking in was told that they had to pull all king bed reservations and we could only have two queens beds. The hotel management was kind and gave us vouchers for the adjoining restaurant, therefore we ate there for breakfast and can say that the food was subpar at best with few options.
