“Great position in Cardiff downtown. Room was spacious enough and silent but a bit rundown. It probably needs some renovations. Staff was really helpful and kind. Check in and check out were smooth and they also kept my luggage for an additional hour”

“L'Hotel ha tutto ciò che serve, è in un parco tranquillo dagli alberi secolari. 2 percorsi di 18 buche, 2 ristoranti e castello di Caldicot a 5 minuti d'auto. Anche Cardiff si raggiunge in meno di un'ora. Davvero un posto ideale per rilassarsi, fare sport e visite a luoghi della tradizione gallese”

“Camera ampia con finestra,bollitore con caffè e thé,phon.Letto comodo.Colazione essenziale ma migliorabile.Abbiamo dovuto lasciare lo scramble di uova perché poco gradevole.Per essere un Mercure ci aspettavamo una colazione piú ricca”

“We had an amazing stay here for my daughter’s birthday. The staff were all friendly, professional, approachable and helpful. We stayed in a twin queen room, which was perfect. Great sized room, very clean. And we had breakfast the following morning. Plenty of choice of hot, cold and continental breakfasts with the option of having something cooked fresh for you from the available menu. We will definitely be returning, and would have no problem recommending the hotel to family and friends. ”

“The hotel & staff were first class. The spa treatments excellent but a bit expensive. The food was outstanding. The room with a sea view was amazing, every night we had a fantastic view of the sunset in Feb!! The sister hotel opposite served excellent food too. The only downside for us was the state of the car park which looked rather scrappy on arrival & rather let the hotel down.”

“Struttura decisamente vecchiotta da ristrutturare (vedi mouquette strappata cosi come le poltrone della camera o nelle aree comuni) I letti e relativa biancheria erano ok e puliti. Va bene per una notte. Il giudizio generale è ,malgrado tutto, positivo per la superba vista sulla baia dalla camera.”
