“The lake is right across the road from the residency. The house itself is neat and clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. We were traveling in a group of six and we like to cook so it is perfect for us. The location is great. “A great place to stay. An older building but neat and tidy inside, and fully equipped with heat pumps in the living area and bedrooms, large fridge, large TV screen etc. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, offered us a free upgrade which was terrific! Beds are comfortable and clean, furnishing fairly new and pretty much spotless. Nice outdoor settings too. Plenty of secure off street parking. Will definitely be back next time we need a place to stay in Hamilton!”

“Lovely unit, very modern, comfortable bed, but the TV didn’t work except on some weird channel. You had to get Netflix on your own account, no Sky, and the manager couldn’t fix it to get Freeview so not impressed. Hope they get it fixed before the next occupants arrive!! Would’ve appreciated some shelving or hooks in the bathroom and a plunger coffee maker too!!”

“Property was really nice and quiet, surrounded by a lush forest. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, had a good variety. I would suggest more towel hooks in the bathroom. There was only 1 hook that held 2 towels. Also, only 1 chair in the room. Not comfy if you’re a party of two. I ended getting a chair from the dining area. Other than that, this was a nice relaxing stay for us.”

“We stayed at a dozen different properties across Australia and Nee Zealand over the last 6 weeks. This one was our favorite. It is spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, had everything we needed (and it all worked), and there were some nice added touches. Highly recommended.”

“The valet parking service was excellent. Thanks Nic! Same to be said about the hotel front desk staff. The lobby, and restarunt are very nice. Unfortunately the acoustical ratings of the hotel corridors walls and especially the suite entry doors was very poor as every time a corridor entry door was open the doors continually slammed shut making a devastating rattling noise down the hallways.
