“I was upgraded to an ADA room with 3 beds and granted early check in which was very nice gesture. I loved how spacious this room was. It was just 2 of us in the room so we didn't need the extra beds until about 11pm when the people who live upstairs started to make so much noise! It sounded like they are moving in and rearranging furniture. I know this is not the hotel's fault but it really made it difficult to sleep. “We atayed here a few times in the past always a good experience. Clean. Comfortably, friendly staff. This time our experience was hampered. At about 2:30 am both by husband and I woke. Both of us havibg a hard time breathing. WE we able to get back to sleep about an hour later. We asked to have our room changed. Which was granted but w a $30 charge. Not to happy about the charge. We are hoping they investigste the issue.”
