“The pool was shutdown spa. No contact was made to inform us. The pool was the only reason we booked the garden poolview room. The staff had no idea when it would be fixed. Days. Pool maintenance has to come from perth? Its a heatwave and what do you do? Sit in s room looking at a pool you came touse”
