“The pool was shutdown spa. No contact was made to inform us. The pool was the only reason we booked the garden poolview room. The staff had no idea when it would be fixed. Days. Pool maintenance has to come from perth? Its a heatwave and what do you do? Sit in s room looking at a pool you came touse”

“From the first welcome to checkout you are made to feel welcome. Yes, the rooms may be basic but are more than adequate as a base to allow exploration of the area. Comfy beds and no noise from adjoining rooms and parking outside your room. The restaurant facilities are fantastic from dining in to room service. Although extremely busy, food is prepared quickly and is excellent. Staff work so hard to please guests. A very comfy stay !”

“It was clean and tidy it suited our needs.”

“Good location on the Esplanade. The room had a kitchen with toaster and kettle. A small fridge was also provided. Airconditioning was more than adequate- located in the kitchen. Livingroom had a three seater sofa, dining table and chairs. Small flat screen tv on stand also. Bedroom had a queen sized bed plenty of storage. Small bathroom with shower stall , toilet and sink. For the price I was extremely satisfied for 3 nights! Of special note the staff were very friendly and informative!!”
