“We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! ”

“It was straight there was only one nicer hotel that we saw on the strip but they had Ferraris and Bentleys there. I was not afraid to wear our jewelry out at La Placita or anywhere, due to lots of cops. Casino was mid, but not corrupt and we walked away with $300 dollars. Resort fee was $350 with a refundable 150 for 3 nights. Beach was amazing and private with chair and nice view. Overall the island was expensive and we could’ve spent way less in Cancun and had the same experience. The...

“The grounds have everything you need and very secure, no reason to go off property. The beach is beautiful with plenty of seating for regular guests and club members. Plenty of great restaurants for every meal. It felt very relaxing and peaceful, didn't seem busy at any time. The nightly shows are great, something we hadn't planned on, but very exciting. ”
