“Nulla di quello che vedete è disponibile. Ad una settimana dalla partenza, e due mesi dalla prenotazione, ci hanno avvertito che il "main building" era un ristrutturazione. In realtà è tutto in ristrutturazione tranne una piccola parte, lontana dal mare. Da noi è stata vissuta come una truffa. “We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. “The hotel staff, from check-in to the beach, were always kind and helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels. It’s also nice to go to the pool after the beach. The food at the hotel is very expensive, but there are cheaper restaurants and cafés nearby.
