“The location and grounds were stunning and incredibly well kept. The children had lots of green space to play and explore and be up close with the animals. Our deck was expansive which made for lovely evenings watching the sun go down behind the hills and the sky change colour. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was a pleasant surprise as we have bad backs and often struggle to sleep while travelling. “Beautiful lodge on a big lake. Nyala wandering around the tents, noisy birds at night. We could see hippos in the lake and deer the other side. Fun trip to see the meerkats - we had to be patient, but six of the eventually appeared. Nice to see Springbok and Gnus too ”
