“I cancelled my entire trip March 1. due to getting the flu. I was told over the phone (more than once ) I would be charged $1000 (which I agreed to pay) because I cancelled.I was charged over $2200. I had also purchased insurance so what is going on? Case number 477472182 ”

“The customer service was top notch. They do a good job of keeping kids out of the adult areas. The restaurant choices were good, our favorite was Duke’s Seafood and Lobster over the pool. The vibe here is more relaxing than other resorts we have been to but not a retired couple vibe. We loved the landscaping and how clean everything was. The beach has a lot of space in between the huts and the water which is nice. We would definitely come back.”

Eduardo was our personal butler for our stay and he was so helpful with managing our activities and making sure our room was just right! “Fantastic resort. We went with three families for a combined total of six adults and eight kids ranging from 6 to 13. The water is super calm and the beach has nice white sand. The staff are all super friendly and attentive. Lots of people who have time shares for like 30 years. Not a lot of places to eat but the food is great and we never got sick of it. You can swim in the pool until 10pm and the swim up bar is open until 930. Great time. The resort essentially shuts down at 10pm. I thought...

“The property was gorgeous and clean, the staff was exceptional in every way, and the dining options were overwhelming in a good way. We especially liked the breakfast and lunch buffets. I don’t recall the check-in agent mentioning an upgrade. That noted, the room was exactly what we reserved and it was outstanding.”

“We stayed at Marina El Cid. The property is large, giving plenty of options. Are only complaint, is that our room, in Building 18, had a mildew smell. We just arrived home and everything in our suitcase has a mildew smell. ”
