“This hotel was in a safe area. Staff were friendly and helpful. They serve a good breakfast. The walls were pretty thin as I could hear lots of noise. There were a shortage of outlets near the desk and bed. The one outlet by the sink did not work.”

“Cute and clean with comfortable beds. I'm a light sleeper, so I really appreciate the quiet rooms. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you can't find a parking space, let the front desk know and they will direct you to their attached lot. ”

“Incredible value and comfortable location! Free parking was a perk as well as free continental breakfast which offered enough for a quick breakfast to satisfy hunger. Staff was very nice. Good water pressure in shower and bed was comfortable. Some of my hand towels had some dirty spots on them but was nothing to be alarmed about. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the area. ”

“This property is more for those who have to stay in Dana Point or else wont suggest it. It is pretty far from everything and Newport beach and laguna beach are a better option as far as being close to the attractions and hotels as well as restaurants The property itself was nice and the staff were also very accommodating however the room we booked stated it is ocean view but it really wasn't there was a side view of the street and could barely see the ocean Also there was no shower gel and...

“I like the location. Its within a short drive to stores. Alos a dennys next door. Another diner was across the way. Very quiet location. The property was clean. Our room was clean. There does need to be some updates to the room we had. The lounge chair was tattered and worn. Ripped underneath the chair fabric was exposed. “Property is most convenient to sports I have ever stayed at. Great spot for Angels game or Ducks. Hotel is managed extremely well. Staff was superb and kind. Hotel is older and very small rooms. There were some stains on carpet and chair. Felt as if the room was clean but I also visually thought maybe not. Was quiet and convenient. Parking was tight, cost money, and was very unusual. Would stay here again but will bring different expectations.”
