“Great feel for the hotel when we arrived, staff were very welcoming. Room was ready very early for us totally unexpected but very happy to get to the room. Disappointed with the wi fi , seemed you had to pay! Only wanted to search for local amenities. Also a little disappointed with car park charges. I work in a hotel have done for five years, not charges for carpark, free WiFi etc. we have over 146 bedrooms. Overall our stay was lovely hotel was very nice, but just the small things.. ”

“Great location lovely hotel.However the room I was given had no opening windows and for me for a 9 night stay was unbearable! (I have to have fresh air when I sleep!)But thank you to the delightful Peter , the porter could see I wasn’t happy and without me even aware had sorted another room for me 😊. I was so grateful. He was so helpful and incredibly kind.”

“If you are looking for a boutique hotel with a good "value for money", here you are. In the city centre, wide rooms, very clean, lovely furniture, warm welcome, nice breakfast. The cherry on the cake is the restaurant downstairs: lovely food and very nice wines. I will stay here again”
