“This place has everything we are looking for in a quiet Colorado vacation in August. During the day we hiked the trails, explored nearby towns, watched the wildlife (deer, pronghorn, birds). In the evenings we either ate in town or cooked in the well equipped kitchen. The night skies are so dark that we could even see the Milky Way. We plan be back again next year.”

“Being from Texas, we always wanted to experience, a cozy cabin in the woods and we got it with this Cabin. The scenery and drive just to get there were amazing.The Star gazing at night was breathtaking, it was cold but worth being out on the deck looking at the beautiful sky.Couple of cautions- the cabin is out there, and the nearest grocery store is about 35-40 minutes away. The elevation is high if you're not used to it and may cause you to slow down :) ”

“We loved this place. The views were gorgeous from every single room, and it was very clean. The furniture was so comfy for relaxing in the evenings. This is not a negative at all, but the drive back to the home off the main road would be somewhat difficult this time if year in a car, since the road is muddy and pitted during the day but freezes at night. We had a 4x4 so had no issues at all. Will definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.”

“The house was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. Todd had excellent communication and provided detail steps on how to use the sauna and other things within the house. We appreciate that they had some basic kitchen necessities like flour, sugar and spices. The sky at night was filled with stars and was really beautiful as well as the sauna was great after a long day hiking in the mountains, we also really like the big screen TV in the basement and the access to Netflix and...

“The hot tub needed to be cleaned”

“This was a beautiful cabin. Very secluded but had a very comfortable feel. The dirt road says 10 miles but will take you at least 20 minutes to get down. We came through Colorado Springs and stopped at walmart to get supplies. This is the closest place to get eveything we would need. The heated floors were amazing! We had 4 kids 9-16 they all loved the cabin as well. If you bring little kids that get hp through the night do not put them upstairs as you can hear every movement, even in the bed...
