“Hotel was an 8 minute walk from the train station, easy as. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and welcoming. Room was gorgeous, traditional Japanese room with the most amazing view over the water, sunrise and sunset was beautiful. Room was very comfortable as was the futon for sleeping. “I love the onsen beside the river”

“we spent a night in the hotel so we can start hiking Kumano Kodo early next day. nice hotel, they claim they have the biggest outdoor hot spring pool, but we used smaller family pool, the setting is very like outdoor pool.”

“We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. Arigatogozaimasu!”

“食事最中に空き皿を下げるのが早すぎて、嫌でした！旅館だから仕方がないが部屋もテーブルと椅子にしてほしい！浴室が滑り易くて怖かった！部屋の冷蔵庫は缶ビール、缶チューハイがあれば良かった！普段はベッドで寝ている為、畳に布団は体が痛かった！食事のおしぼりがアロマおしぼりだったが　食事の前なので　香りはいらないと思う！”

“Worth the 3 hours trip from Nara”

“非常好晚”

“十津川には部屋にトイレのある宿がほとんどなく、ここを選択し、宿泊施設としては何の問題もなく、快適に滞在できました。ただ、一人２万円弱の宿泊費に対して、食事内容が1万円ちょっとの宿レベル、十分に美味しいのですが、内容に大変がっかりしました。コロナ休業が明けて間もないということで、損失を取り返そうとしていたのでしょうか。ここ数年で150軒以上に泊まったなかで残念ながらコスパが最低でした。”
