Ryokan a Kakuma

“Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines.”

“Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs.”

“Wonderful stay at the Hotel Kurobe. It’s a little older property but well maintained. Staff and meals are excellent. Short walk from the train station but it is uphill. They provide a free shuttle which was very convenient with luggage ”

“Amazing hotel with friendly reception. Although quite far away from Toyama city center, in the middle of rice plantations, the hotel was nice with good dining. The big two storied room was clean and pleasant. They offer a Japanese yukata which you wear throug out your stay at the hotel. Good inner and outer Japanese style onsen were you can recover from your busy day.”
