“The room was not cleaned very well. The beds were full of hair and the sheets looked as if someone had already slept on them. The shower was also full of hair..Luckily the lady at the front desk changed our bedding and was very friendly! Also, I would like to thank the ladies who made breakfast early so our girls could eat before their tournament.. Employee's outstanding.. cleanliness need's much improvement!”

“Has an upscale feel in downtown Wichita which has been revitalized. Good staff and nice rooms.”

“We usually get the Club room and I did reserve this on Hotels.com, but when we got there they said I did not, but they gave us the club room anyway, but the room that we usually get has a much better bed. This bed was very uncomfortable. Very nice staff and very clean room!”

“The place shut down. I can't get ahold of anyone to get my money back. I had to file a report with my credit card company”
