“This place has history. We enjoyed our stay here coming from the USA for a funeral. It was an excellent place for "home-base" for a couple of days. We ate at the Inn for dinners and there was a kitchenette for very basic breakfasts. The hot water supply was temperamental. Enjoyed the downtown location and we had no problem parking for free. We enjoy supporting local businesses and off-the-beaten path places. This was a great stay. ”

“The facilities were in excellent condition as they are only a few years old. In general, it was fairly quiet, however my room was close to the elevator and ice machine, so there was extra noise due to the increased traffic (I'd ask for a room further down the hall in the future). The hotel was conveniently located for my job in Strathroy and was easy to get to. There are fast food options and a gas station with convenience store surrounding the hotel, but better restaurants are a 5-10 minute...

“The only problem was the in house restaurant. You need to make sure that you make a reservation otherwise (as we experienced) there was no eating spaces available for dinner. However, lots of great restaurants nearby (8-9 km away) and a large indoor mall & other key stores around these restaurants as well.”
