Montagna Ambito su Hyco Lago

Splendido paesaggio montano sulla proprietà lago locale! Splendide viste sul lago da ogni camera da letto !! Incredibile den dispone camino in pietra che si estende su due piani di altezza con ceppi di gas e la zona di raccolta inferiore comprende un enorme camino in mattoni di legno che brucia. Vista sul lago può essere goduto da molti punti rilassanti su questa proprietà. C'è un ponte superiore al largo della veranda, un ponte inferiore e patio per grigliate, un firepit per il relax serale, sedie amaca sulla veranda della casa e un'amaca nel gazebo con vista la vista sul lago. Per il relax serale c'è una vasca idromassaggio sul patio in pietra con vista sul lago. La mia area preferita che comprende sia una zona salotto che sedie a sdraio si trova sul molo della barca di fronte a una bella vista a lungo raggio del lago. Questa proprietà unisce l'atmosfera sia di una casa di montagna e lago casa combinati in un unico! Questa struttura unica è stata costruita nel 1974 e include caratteristiche molto particolari del suo tempo! Questa è stata una delle case originali su questa zona del lago! La casa è di circa 4.000 piedi quadrati ed è di tre piani. La casa sul lago è configurato come quattro camere da letto e comprende 3 bagni. La casa dispone di 2 frigoriferi in cucina principale e comprende un una casa la barca per convenienza mentre passare del tempo in acqua. C'è una griglia a gas in casa che può essere utilizzato dai nostri ospiti mentre grigliate. I soffitti aperti e in legno personalizzate fanno di questa la casa vacanza ideale. La casa è in posizione strategica sulla proprietà a trascurare la bella vista del lago sia dalla casa e posto barca. L'acqua al largo della fine del molo è profondo e grande per il nuoto. Questa zona del lago è molto privato ed è ottimo per la nautica, la pesca, il kayak e paddle boarding. Due kayak e due tavole pagaia sono a disposizione per i miei ospiti durante il soggiorno presso la casa. Con un cortile di vita senza limiti lago questo è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze del lago di Hyco.

Great host. Cute House. Fun time.
Michael is improving property so some things were under construction. It is a cute house that is well decorated/modernized. Be aware of the spiral staircase as that could be an issue for certain guests. Had a nice relaxing time with kayaks,etc at the lake. Thanks Michael.

Great Hyco Get Away
Great Property with all you need to enjoy the beautiful Hyco lake. Water toys (paddle boards (3) tubes (5) for relaxing in water, great boat house for sitting lake side with fridge and couch. House is in great shape and kitchen has all you need to cook dinners with propane grill on porch. Hot Tub was well maintained and easy to use. One small thing to be prepared for if you have elderly guest, the path to the lake/boat house has many steps (~70)

Great rental for families!
We enjoyed our stay with family, including adults, teens, and young children. Plenty of room and amenities to keep everyone entertained. Great dock area as well for boating, swimming, and fishing. We will be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, comfortable home
This home offered privacy, beautiful views, a large and comfortable dock, and everything we needed for wonderful few days away. It was even a perfect place to watch a thunderstorm. Michael was responsive, easy to deal with, and handled issues quickly.

Beautiful views
Great views, beautiful house, awesome boat dock and boat house with all the amenities. The house felt like home, everything you need is there. The water from the dock was perfect, not busy with boat traffic, excellemt fishing!! We will be back!

Fabulous house and host.
Beautifully built and furnished house with glorious views. Plenty of spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor spaces. Michael was a super host, very helpful, always responded quickly and genuinely wanted us to enjoy his home. Thank you Michael. Our family really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

We had a wonderful short getaway to Hyco Lake! Michael was a pleasure to work with...very attentive, flexible, and quick to respond to questions! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Absolutely wonderful experience!
Our group had a fantastic time at this property. Michael was incredibly responsive and helpful with all questions. Check-in instructions were crystal clear and accessing the house was very simple. This property is fantastic. The house is beautifully decorated and the property is beautifully landscaped. We loved the welcoming touch of the gift basket and the teenagers in the group were thrilled about the snacks included in the welcome gift. The house was spotless. We loved having two refrigerators to store everything for our group of six. The outdoor spaces were fantastic. We loved the ground level outdoor seating area with a great view of the lake. We had planned to use the fire pit but the temps were just too hot. We did enjoy the hot tub on a couple of occasions and it was super-clean and relaxing. Others have mentioned the steps down to the boat house and the spiral staircase as items to note for those with mobility issues. I have some mobility challenges, but was able to navigate everything nicely with the use of hiking poles for stability on the outside steps. The boathouse is a great place to hangout with comfy furniture in a shaded space. We made lots of use of the kayaks and paddle boards. We also rented a boat from Hyco Lake Boat Rentals and recommend them heartily. Big thanks to Michael for an idyllic stay at his beautiful home!

Perfect stay in a gorgeous home
We were a group of 7 and had a great stay! The home is absolutely stunning and has everything you need. The dock and paddle boards were so much fun. And Michael was super communicative and a great host. We hope to be back!

Family holiday win!
Our family of six had a wonderful stay. The property is, as it is presented online, simply beautiful. The view, the property, the owner, everything was just as you'd hope it would be. This was our first time renting a home and we weren't sure what to expect. The owner was very responsive and patient with these newbies. He answered all our questions even the minor details about how to use the television remote control. He thought of every detail for our stay, from providing a supply of paper products and hand soap, game boards, spare batteries and washing detergent to a lit holiday tree, wood for the fire pit and piped-in music from the home intercom system. The welcome basket was another special touch that only someone who cared would provide, The most unfortunate part of our trip was that we had to leave. Thank you for making our Christmas holiday a very special one we will always remember.

Exceeded all our expectations!
I can’t say enough nice things about the property owner and the beautiful house! We spent a long weekend there and everything was perfect for our group of 10. The house was stocked with a full kitchen, plenty of linens and a great dock with kayaks and paddleboards. There is plenty of space to spread out and all of the rooms are very spacious. They seriously thought of everything down to the awesome handsoap at every sink! There are a lot of stairs down to the water as well as a spiral staircase so I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues, but other than that, the place is perfect!

Great summer get away
Michael's house was better in person than in the pictures. The week was a great time away. The house is in quieter area of lake but not so far that you can't get to destinations via water or land. Michael was attentive at a host looking to resolve even the smallest of inconveniences to the best of his ability. His prep call covered everything you need to know about the house and the area. If you are looking for a quiet place on the lake with all the comforts of home, this is the place to go.

Top notch in every respect
Property: Amazing! It is actually better than the listing. The house is great and the location is incredible! Comfortable beds, cold A/C, great kitchen, two refrigerators, and everything that you could want. I would not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues, as there is a spiral staircase and the walkway to the boat house gave us our exercise for the week. But don't get me wrong... it's amazing. Manager: Michael is better than anyone would ever expect. He was prompt with responses before our visit and he called me on the day of arrival to go over the property details. During our stay, he was amazing. He checked in on us a couple times and was a huge help when a paving crew showed up to work on the road. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. In fact, we're already planning for next year! Thank you Michael!!

Beautiful Home on Hyco Lake!
Let this be your lake house! The house has a cozy and warm feeling, but also has plenty of space for privacy. We found the furniture comfortable, and very well suited to the house. The lower level accommodations are really perfect the "the kids" with TV and foosball game, as well as a bathroom and walk out to outdoors. The hot tub was HUGE, we really enjoyed listening to music and relaxing there. We hope to return for future gatherings. Our host, Michael, was prompt and communicative, which is always appreciated. The steps down to the dock, and the dock have been well maintained, and well lit in the evening - but, the walk may give people with limited mobility difficulty. We enjoyed the paddle boards, and kayaks and fished off the dock until well into the night. Such a great weekend! Thank you again to our host! ~Rosemarie~

Owner is very hands on but not in your face:)!
Owner communicates extremely well. Lake was simply beautiful. The house was great for our group of nine including 3 small children. Owner made accessing the property very easy. Great decor. Plenty of clean towels in hall closet. Dishes were great, new dishwasher too. The location worked out great for us. We were even able to find some organic food at the Walmart. What a wonderful weekend.

Absolutely awesome!
Finding a house w/4 queen beds is hard to do. This was perfect! Celebrated our 40th anniversary with our kids and 2 granddaughters. Spent most of our time down at the lake and evenings by the campfire. Michael was very accommodating and kept in touch with us with very quick response. Spectacular views, lots of room, comfy beds, just a really beautiful lake house. Our family will all treasure our stay and hope to come back again. Thanks Michael!

Loved it all.
This place is truly amazing and peaceful. Micheal the owner is very attentive and so quick to respond to texts and phone calls. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this piece of heaven or the service it provides. Views are spectacular from inside the house. So much to do, fire pit, huge boat deck, hammock, grill for out door cooking, hot tub, spacious decks, plenty of house for the entire family. Very charming and welcoming.
