“This hotel was easy to find. When we arrived the staff were amazing and helpful. We had one problem with the room because it didn’t have enough beds, however the hotel manager was so helpful and sorted it out straight away. The food was nice and most importantly the beer was amazing!”

“We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. “The Tool Inn is a very cosy place, it has a pub downstairs, and the breakfast is top! I strongly recommend it. The only problem is that the walls are not very thick so it is easy to hear noise from other rooms.”

“I stayed here a few years ago and it was good then. The upgrade to the hotel is fabulous. Mid afternoon arrival, everything in the room was new or spotless. The addt charge for breakfast was good value. The staff especially Jordan were very helpful. ”
