“Booked Lawton but had a call within hour from Julie to ask if we would mind moving to sister hotel Beechfield as Lawton was undergoing winter renovations. The check in and out times, price, parking all remained same and was only a street further than Winter gardens where were attending BGT (so no big deal) So glad we did, the staff, location, facilities, breakfast were fabulous. Well stocked bar, games room, everything needed in room inc towels, tea milk coffee, comfy pillows, hair dryer. ...

“Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed.
