“3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”

“Friendly welcome, smooth check in (used to be hotel receptionist so appreciate that all the more). Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early...

“Hotel in pieno centro, arredato con gusto e ben tenuto nelle aree comuni. Stanza non molto grande, ma con un letto molto comodo e due finestre molto ampie e luminose. Bagno molto grande con vasca e doccia. Unia pecca: c'era un'infiltrazione d'acqua dal piano superiore e, quando hanno aperto la doccia, è scesa l'acqua nel nostro bagno attraverso una fessura che si è aperta bel soffitto. Abbiamo segnalato il problema e, dopo essersi scusati, ci hanno assicurato un pronto intervento. Noi siamo...

Hotel charming colazione pessima

"Hotel con degli anni sulle spalle ma ben tenuto. Un refreshing ci starebbe. Colazione pessima! Il buffet povero e il caffè peggio. Il costo della colazione non corrisponde a quanto offerto. Da un hotel del genere mi aspetterei questa bassa qualità "
