Stunning renovated and designer decorated oceanfront condo on the beach! Amazing Ocean Views and the sunsets are WOW! Premier location, nestled right in the heart of Oak Island within walking distance to shopping, dining, pickleball courts and entertainment in the park.
A spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 guests - with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full/double beds, as well as 2 full bathrooms and an oversized covered porch with amazing ocean views along with great views of the pool.

Large screen smart TVs are located in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with Roku devices and Hulu live & on-demand included. Free, high speed wifi available throughout the condo.

The rooms are all very spacious and are designed for added comfort with cushy furniture and comfy beds. The Kitchen is completely remodeled and fully equipped with all of the gadgets and utensils that make meals easy breezy including a pancake griddle, waffle maker, Instantpot , kitchen aid mixer and blender. Upgraded pots and pans, lobster pots, baking pans, casserole dishes and even BBQ utensils

The dining room will accommodate 8 for dinner and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.

Outdoor enjoyment areas abound to enhance your beach visit. The Pool is available (seasonally) for use along with outdoor grilling areas and an outdoor shower. Access to the private, outdoor storage area is also included, with beach toys, beach wagon and chairs for your enjoyment while on the beach!

While the extra large patio with great ocean views accommodates 6 people, the front porch also has a sweet bench for 2 for a quiet view of the beach for early morning sunrises.

Guest comfort and enjoyment has been carefully considered in all of the details to ensure you have an Easy Breezy beach stay!

Check in at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

Easy Breezy is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Saturday change over day for weekly rentals during peak summer season.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was!! The property is so beautifully decorated and so wonderfully stocked that we felt right at home!! The location is perfect! It is steps from the beach or pool, super close to any necessities (groceries, restaurants), but yet somehow perfectly serene! Communicating with the host was a breeze (as was check in and check out)! Everyone in our group raved about the property! Will definitely be back!

Relaxing Weekend
My sisters and I enjoyed a long weekend at Easy Breezy and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect with great views of the beach and sunset. Although we didn't use the pool, this condo overlooks the pool which allows for comfort while watching older kids from the spacious balcony furnished with tables and chairs. The beds and furniture are comfortable, the heat/AC work well and the location is in walking distance from several restaurants, stores, and the arcade. The communication from the property owners was quick and accurate.

Kids are still talking about our trip!!
Months later and my kids are asking to go back! The location was amazing, short walk to the beach, amenities on point. We overpacked to say the least, but that’s a great problem. We arrived to a welcome basket that was perfect after an eleven hour drive. It was our first vacation as a blended family of 5. Boys claimed the bunk beds and had a week of fun sleepovers! We had a view of the ocean, the pool all from the balcony. Morning coffee out there was perfect medicine. Eleanor was amazing as a host! Never skipped a beat and was there for whatever we threw her way. I can’t thank the hosts enough. Our kids being up this trip daily and we will be back for sure.

A great place!
We loved our time here. So close to the beach and toys, chairs and wagon provided! Super comfortable beds and living space. We couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was a nice add. Beautiful view. Thanks for the wonderful week.

Nice condo
The condo was lovely. Plenty of space in the kitchen for our food (3 kids, 2 adults). Pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The primary bedroom did have a strong mildew smell, so if that’s something you’re sensitive to, you may need to swap rooms. The view was nice and location to the beach was great! As well as the pool. It was very quiet the week we were there, but I’m sure that was affected by the tropical storm that was also there…we had upstairs neighbors but the sounds weren’t too bad. The garage storage area was full of chairs, toys, a wagon and other beach items. But there was also space for the items we brought. The beds were all very comfortable, my only complaint there was that the curtains on the sliding door in the primary room were very thin and white, so it was very bright pretty early. If that’s not your thing, you may want to bring some black out options. We were there during tropical storm Debbie and the driveway area did flood to at least above the ankle/lower calf area. But was deeper looking in some areas. It made it difficult to access the dumpsters. The under unit parking area did not flood, but you would have had to drive through the flooded drive to get in and out. Thankfully we moved out car to near the entrance and were able to avoid that. The owner was very communicative and checked on us during the storm. Obviously, the flooding was not her fault and we did see the property manager driving around, checking on things.

Everything you need
Easy Breezy is the perfect name for this rental. This is our 2nd time staying and it is hard to find a better place. The unit is great for our small family and has everything you could want for a hassle free week at the beach. We will be back again.

Everything Essential for Excellent Beach Vacation
This is our second trip to Oak Island & condo snd hopefully not our last. The condo has everything needed inside and out for a fun & relaxing beach getaway. No need to over pack because it’s all there; just like the VRBO description shows. Can’t beat the close proximity to beach and town. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Our first time there for 4th of July week and had no issues with crowds. Just wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of one. Host was amazing; super responsive & helpful. Other guests staying at condo were very friendly & respectful too.

Nice place, great location
We had a great time, and really enjoyed the place for a short vacation this spring. It was well outfitted and clean. We did not get to use the pool as the weather wasn't great and I don't think it was open for the season anyway. Very close to the beach and nice to be able to hear the ocean from the bedroom. Only issue was that the TV in the bunkroom did not work.

Nice nest!
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving week stay! This place is in a great location with access to the beach, pretty views, and nearby shopping. The unit has the basics but I did have a funny moment thinking there were no eating utensils! I finally found them in the awesome kitchen cabinets 😃 We definitely can recommend this Nest!

Wonderful location to beach and pool. Great layout to the condo which came with board games, fully stocked kitchen with pans, cookware, coffee pot etc... Washer and Dryer and downstair closet with beach toys and chairs.

Everything you need!
My family spent the week at Until Nest Time and it was wonderful! The condo is on the first floor with plenty of room for two to three vehicles. We had a good view of the pool and part of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with a wonderful newly remodeled kitchen. The living room with games, books and a comfy blue couch was a great area to congregate at nights to play games, watch tv and share meals. The beds were comfortable and everything you see in the photos. They even have toys for the kids to play with while they are there! There is even a storage area downstairs in the garage area with tons of chairs and other things for the beach. The family welcomed us with some snacks when we got in which was a nice touch. The beach isn’t overly crowded and provided plenty of area to sit for the day. The pool went from 3-5 ft and was always clean. The condo unit sits in the center of oak islands activities with a Publix, food lion, beach stores and ice cream within walking distance. Southport is nearby and we enjoyed going there one evening for seafood at the Frying pan and shopping in Southport. Such a cute area! Also the oak island park has a wonderful splash pad and food trucks for a good afternoon of fun. We will be back.

Very nice place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very opened and very nice. We had 7 of us and all fit comfortablely. Pool was nice and close. Would recommend this place, and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation
This condo was so perfect for the 6 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed, mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of board games… Two beach access points, one of which has a hose/shower to rise off. The beach is so beautiful and wide, if you’re thinking of visiting OKI for the first time you won’t be disappointed in the condo or beach. We would definitely stay here again. Well-appointed OKI beach getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this condo close to the beach of Oak Island. The little “extras” that were provided such as ample bath towels, some trashbags, laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, a terrific amount of nice beach chairs, umbrellas and beach supplies and more were really appreciated. The kitchen was very well appointed with most everything someone would need to make a nice meal. I love to cook and bake, so I used a lot of the pots and pans to make meals and treats for the extended family who are staying in other condos in the same area. We normally go to Myrtle Beach, but I think we might shift to Oak Island and these condos in the future. The only thing we were missing was warmer water in the pool (due to the chilly last week of May),and a hot tub! These two amenities would clinch the deal for everyone in our family.
