“Our host was great. The condo was beautiful. Great views, very clean & comfortable. But the racquetball club/ HOA rules were ridiculous. No smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. Not even outside. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property. You have to park it down the road and walk back to the condo. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had to meet the delivery driver at the gate because food delivery is not allowed on the property. I highly recommend our host but not this...

“The location of this VRBO is PERFECT! Close to so much awesome stuff. Residence is clean, check in and out are easy peasy. Off-street parking is a major bonus. Seriously such a great spot, thank you!!”

“We loved Modern Retreat. It is a perfect place for two couples with both bedrooms having their own bathroom. It is easy walking distance to all places in Historic Savannah District. Very clean and had everything we needed.”

“Even though the check in location is not on site, it’s very easy to get to and easy to access even after hours if you arrive late. Communication is fantastic with quick responses and clear instructions. The particular property that we stayed in was safe, quiet, and easy to access. The kitchen is updated and has several random things to make cooking easy. The bathroom needs updating or maintenance to redo caulk and to remove stains.”

“Basic coastal condo. Equipped with everything we needed. Convenient parking, elevator and beach access. Timely communication on access codes and related info. No real complaints, though there wasn’t a single clothes hanger in the condo. ”

“Place was bigger than it looked online which was cool. Kinda shabby, though, could use basic deep clean and paint. Watch going into the unit, it’s a higher than average size step up. Parking is horribly tight. Dishwasher leans a bit and may need straightening to close it. Very close to beach. ”

“We had never been to Savannah and have never stayed in the city but thought this would be nice and it was loved walking through all the different blocks and seeing the churches.The horse and buggy ride was very enjoyable I love the history and all the old buildings.the shopping was great also.”
