“The host at the Peppercorn is wonderful. Very attentive and lovely to engage in conversation. A wealth of knowledge on the area, things to see and do, and history in abundance The room was immaculate and had direct access to the beautiful pool, Bar, and Dining Lounge. The food was a surprise and the portions were excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were only there the one night as we were passing through on a major drive from the bottom end to the top end of Australia...

“We have stayed at Abode 37 a number of times and on every occasion our stay has been excellent, from the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the property in general. It is a short drive (or even a walk) away from the business centre of Emerald but we consider that a plus as it contributes to the quietness of the property. ”

“The room was disappointing it needed some repairs ie paint was flaking in areas, the roller door kept coming off the slider, ”

“Fresh, clean and comfortable. Rom had a king bed, kitchenette with mini fridge (that had a separate freezer - not a small compartment inside the fridge), lovely soft towels. Staff were friendly, well oraganised and efficient and gave accurate and useful info about the local area. Would absolutely stay here again!”
