Perfettamente situato in una bella zona verde e tranquillo cortile riva sinistra a pochi passi da Ile de la Cité e Notre-Dame, questo affascinante appartamento con una camera da letto con soggiorno / sala da pranzo completo con soppalco, cucina separata ben attrezzata, e bagno con doccia e WC può ospitare da 2 a 5 persone in perfetto comfort. La posizione piano terra significa senza scale difficili a salire con borse pesanti e la posizione è una delle più tranquille nel centro di Parigi, con nessun rumore della strada, pur essendo a pochi passi dal cuore pulsante di Saint-Germain des Prés e il caffè, ristoranti e gallerie di rue de Buci, rue de Seine e il Carrefour de l'Odéon. Strade belli e storici sparsi in tutte le direzioni con le banchine della Senna, il Louvre, i Giardini di Lussemburgo e il Quartiere Latino a pochi passi. RER Saint-Michel con linea diretta a Parigi CDG pochi metri di distanza. La calma e fresca oasi perfetta, proprio nel cuore di tutto il meglio che Parigi ha da offrire.

Mother Son Trip
My son and I had a fantastic week! 11 Rue Suger is a charming little gem. We loved the old-world ambiance of the place, which made us feel as if we had been transported to a countryside chalet. However, we were right in the heart of Paris, just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the Metro. We walked to most places and spent some evenings at home enjoying takeout. We truly enjoyed our stay at this place and would love to return someday.

Lovely Apartment in Saint Germain des Pres
Wonderful apartment with everything needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The living spaces very comfortable and (in January) warm and cozy. Fabulous location near restaurants, 2 Metro lines and Notre Dame. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet, cosy apartment in the heart of Paris
Loved staying here. Everything you need and the decor was just lovely. Great communication and instruction by the host. Quiet, secure accommodation down a gorgeous cobbled street, but right in the heart of the action too. Kitchen and washing machine/dryer were a big plus. The loft was something a bit different for teenagers.

Great location, great apartment.
Location is ideal, quiet street, no noise at all. Apartment is exactly as shown. View is of a courtyard, typical of many Paris rentals. Well furnished, great check in, highly recommended.

Amazing apartment in a magical city
We loved our time here. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Having a washer/dryer was a huge benefit. The host was quick to respond with answers to questions and always friendly. The street is quite and safe with lots of cafes, shops and subway stops near by. We can't wait to come back

Nice, but.
A nice apt. in a great part of Paris. I understand how busy we all can get, but if you are managing a business then make sure to manage the business properly. We stood outside trying to reach our contact for over an hour, no contact. Went to a local business to get out of the rain and called Vrbo. Told them we could not get into our apartment

Paris with two grandchildren
Great location for vacationj with two teenage grandchildren. We cooked our dinners together. Walked to the Rodin museum. Took the metro to Montmartre. Elizabeth, the manager was readily available to help if needed. Slightly awkward to access bathroom through our bedroom. All four of us enjoyed our stay at the property very much.

Location! Location! Location! This apartment was located in a great area with access to various metro/bus/RER options. There were several places to grab food and drinks. The bathroom has a step up shower which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or older adults. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and visit to Paris!

My Stay for the Olympics
Great communication with owner and responsiveness of onsite contact. As an example she came over to replace a broken coffee maker that day which was great. Best parts of the place was location in the heart of Latin quarter. Very close to Notre Dame and 2 metro stations. Quiet side street, and bustling neighborhood around with tons of brasseries. quaint courtyard with a lot of charm on first floor. My only caution is that like most places in Paris there is no air conditioning and just one fan. This is a challenge in hot summer months. Overall very happy.

A family stay for Olympics
We had a wonderful stay in Paris, for some of the Olympics. We were two adults and two teens, and the apartment served our needs very nicely. It was small and compact, some might say bijou! But had everything we needed. I would suggest the property manager has a look at the shower- it doesn’t drain very fast. And the bathroom fan doesn’t work, so it gets pretty steamy in there. But otherwise there were no faults. The neighbourhood was fantastic, with a choice of typical Parisian cafes to enjoy for breakfast and dinner etc. And we were a stones throw for all sorts of tourist locations like Notre Dame, Louvre, Conciergerie, and so on. And an easy trip on the nearby Metro for the Stade de France, where we saw some athletics. An amazing visit which we enjoyed very much! Thanks so much for having us!

Great Location, Great Host
First of all, the apartment was just the right size for my wife and I and our 2 girls. We even managed to share the bathroom without fighting! It isn't overly large but it was just fine for us. Kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kids loved staying in the loft. The location is great, so close to the Notre Dame and the Louvre. Metro stations are also close by. Paris is an amazing city and we loved our time here. We stayed during the Olympics. Jean Francois was nice enough to tell us to look into the QR code needed to get around during the Olympic games. Without this it would have made getting around a lot harder and we had no idea about it. Communication was great, and the info sent for getting into the apt was very helpful. There is also a folder of useful information and suggested restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation, we will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Perfect location, clean and stylish apartment. The loft was perfect for two teenagers. Ground floor location was safe with extra exterior door and metal exterior window shutters. Safe and vibrant neighborhood. The W/D was convenient. Recommend it.

Fabulously French!
What a delightful Parisian apartment! The location is fantastic, with a Metro stop steps away! The apartment was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 2 tweens) and we were quite comfortable during our stay. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer available, as we were travelling for several weeks and clean clothes at that point in our journey was amazing! The apartment was well- appointed and we were thrilled. Highly recommend the property! A few items to serve as an FYI: 1) while not the responsibility of the property owner, as travelers we typically do not pack body soap and shampoo, which would have been nice to have available at the property (we just rinsed the first day until we were able to go to a store) 2) we were told to text when we arrived in Paris so the lockbox could be activated. I texted and called and did not receive a response. The lockbox worked thankfully but I was worried I hasn't reached the right party, especially since dialing in a foreign country was not instinctive for me. Many thanks again! I definitely will recommend this property to friends and family!

Simply the Best - Exceeded all Expectations
We had very high expectations for our trip to Paris - I spent the year(s) of COVID quarantine planning and dreaming and researching this trip. The apartment exceeded all of my ridiculously high expectations! The host was friendly, accessible, and so helpful. The space was clean and just perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids, 9 and 14). We were all comfortable, so much more spacious than any Parisian hotel. No complaints - not even from the teenager!) I loved the gorgeous French windows and my husband loved coming back after a day of taking in the city to be greeted by all the comforts of home (read: air conditioning and refrigerator). Can not beat the location, central to all the metro lines. The boulangerie we loved most was right around the corner (Liberte), 5 min walk to the Seine, Notre Dam, tons of places to eat (quickly or sit down), markets, Shakespeare and company. A real hidden gem. If you're deep in the throes of research, trust that this is the place.

Chez Suger stay
Great location in Saint Michel. So close to Notre Dame, Saint Germain and was a short walk to Louvre. Loved being less than block from Metro station. Super convenient only few stops on RER blue line from Garde Nord where we arrived from London on Eurostar. Blue line also is straight shot from Charles DeGaul airport. Room was exactly as shown in pictures. Although I wasn’t sure about height of kitchen from pictures but pleased to find there are a few steps down into kitchen providing normal height. We will recommend this VRBO to our family and friends.

Excellent stay!
We had a lovely time in Paris, and the Vrbo apartment was the perfect place to stay. Now, I will say this was our first time in Europe and I don't have much to compare it to, but I think it was very much as advertised, as expected. There are a few quirks to be aware of: there is a large step in/out of the shower; you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom (fine for us since we were with our children and don't expect privacy anyway); and the street was very loud on Saturday night, as there's a bar/restaurant down the road (the week nights were totally fine, very quiet). However, none of these things were deal breakers, and I think the listing is very transparent about the design of the apartment and surrounding area, so these issues were not completely unexpected. And speaking of the surrounding area, the location is great. It's a beautiful area, very convenient to the metro and in walking distance to many things. I felt very safe in the area and in the apartment itself. We loved having a well-supplied kitchen and the washer/dryer was so convenient. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location in Paris
