Appartamento molto centrale e piacevole, nuovo e recentemente riarredato. L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dagli Champs de Mars e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Eiffel. Si trova in un bel quartiere, con molti ristoranti e negozi locali situati nella strada.

L'appartamento è ideale per 2 persone. L'appartamento è composto da: un grazioso ingresso, una cucina completamente attrezzata, un accogliente soggiorno con una splendida vista su Parigi, una comoda camera da letto, un bagno spazioso e una piccola toilette.
Include una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale (160x200cm) e un divano letto molto comodo nel soggiorno (160x200cm).

It it wasn’t what we expected
We thought it looked like an old age home. It was very clean. Poor quality furnishings. Minimum. Was not welcoming. Our TV did not work and we did not have WiFi. Very disappointing

Amazing, spacious rental in the heart of Paris
Oh la la! This property is a fantastic find. It was clean and spacious. Checkin process was easy and Housekeeper met us quickly even when we arrived late in the evening (10pm). She only speaks French, her son came along to help (he spoke English.) Under 10 minute walk to le Tour Eiffel and to two Metro stations (line 6 and line 8). The air conditioning unit in living room kept everything cool (although we did have to leave the bedroom door open at night to get cool air in there). With a family of four, it was wonderful to have the additional half bath in this property. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and made it very easy to prepare meals. Thank you for leaving some milk, eggs, and water in the fridge when we arrived! Grocery store is a short (5 minute) walk around the corner. Two boulangeries were even closer. Washing machine was functional and made this mama happy so we could travel lighter- and return home without many loads of dirty laundry to do! TV service was spotty (owner said there had been trouble with wifi service in France earlier in the week). I only managed to get TV to work one night. Bathroom was updated and clean. It was odd to me that we were only provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, and had to purchase more ourselves. There was a lot of storage space in all rooms Overall a great place to stay to experience les jeux Olympiques. Merci beaucoup! Hope to return some day.

We were in Paris for the summer Olympics. The location of the apartment was perfect. We were within walking distance to the Eiffle Tower, Metro, shopping and restaurants.Apt was clean and comfortable.

Weeklong getaway in Paris
Gianandrea’s place was great for my mom and I. He is attentive during the check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location which was great for walking or taking the Metro. The apartment is very roomy with a lot of light. The bed and sofa bed were super comfy and the kitchen was nice too. It is a very secure building with 2 passcode entries and a fob key entrance. Grocery store and great restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The apartment was very nice. We did have an issue with the internet while there, but the host did everything they could to fix it. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed during our stay. Owner was very attentive to our issues and tried to resolve.

This apartment is in an excellent location! Close to the Eiffel tower and close to may cute shops and restaurants. Graziella was great to work with along with Patricia who meet us and showed us around the apartment. We would stay here again!

Clean, delightful apartment
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check in process is a little confusing as the lady who meets you does not speak any English; we had to get by on the limited French I learned in high school over 20 years ago. A lot of gesturing was involved. We were given two separate codes for the front door of which neither worked but the correct code was provided by the property manager. The apartment itself is delightful, cozy, and clean. We loved waking up and enjoying pastries from the boulangerie on Suffren Ave. It is easily accessible to buses and metro lines. We took the Bus Direct from the airport which dropped off us a mere 5 min walk away. Overall, it was a great experience!

Fabulous location
Great apartment in a fabulous location. Train and bus easily accessible. So close to the Eiffel Tower that we were able to take the kids across at 10pm to see the light show. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Paris apartment
My kids and I spent a month in this apartment and it was perfect! The location couldn’t be beat. It was surrounded by all the necessary amenities (groceries, bakery, park, Metro, restaurants). But most importantly, it’s so close to the Eiffel Tower!!!!! Imagine strolling passed the Eiffel Tower EVERYDAY!! It was a dream.

Ideal Location
Even with the very unusual 95+ heat we had a wonderful time. The location is perfect; wasn't too busy but it was close to the metro and the Eiffel tower. With 2 young kids it was nice seeing the light show at 11 and having the kids in bed by 11:30.

Excellent location!!! Cute apartment!
We stayed for a week in May 2019, with myself, 11 yr old daughter and friend. We loved the cute little apartment. It was a perfect size for us three. The location was AMAZING. A market just around the corner, many cafes, bakeries and the Eiffel Tower is just a 5-10 minute walk, with the Siene River right beyond. Many things were actually within about a half hour walk. We walked to the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and many other places, but it is very close to buses and metro stops, which, with Google maps, is VERY easy to navigate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

From the very start our experience with Graziella was perfect. Very gracious to answer all my questions and make sure we had all the information we needed to arrange transportation or find our way around the city!! The apartment itself didnt feel small for Paris standards. The windows open up to a view of the courtyard to let a lot of light in!! The roll down shades were great since it doesnt get dark until well after 9pm. Its location is truly less than 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. We were very happy with our stay!

Great location. Tired apartment.
You are definitely paying for location here. It is in a very convenient location, quiet building just on the edge of the tourist area. The Eiffel Tower is a 10/15 minute walk. Kind and helpful people all around. Mini mart directly across the street, and a grocery store a five minute walk down the street. Restaurants very near in every direction. Parking available for an additional 10€ per night paid in cash on arrival. The apartment itself is spacious enough for two ... Maybe a family of up to four, but not good for two traveling couples. There would be no privacy with the bathroom and toilet room setup. There is NO central AC .... there is a portable unit with an attached exhaust, (stored in a closet) but it is not set up, so you would have to leave a door open to use it, which would defeat the purpose of trying to cool things down. During our stay the high was in the upper 60s low 70s. The sun comes in the windows from morning till dusk, so mid afternoon it did get quite warm. We kept the doors and windows open and utilized the fan to keep it cool. During the evening it was fine with leaving the one living area door open. The kitchen had matching dishes and small glasses, but the silverware, cooking and storages dishes were a mix of old, well used and abused items ..... half a cutting board, knives that don’t cut, etc. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the kitchen, it may be ok. I prefer to cook in when traveling, so found it a bit disappointing. The bed seems to possibly have broken or misaligned box spring on the side closest to the door. It lies at a slant when you are lying down. Sleepable, but needs to be checked out. The flooring is some type of indoor/outdoor nylon covering, not carpet. I found wearing my flip flops or shoes was more comfortable. It would do wonders to have a few area rugs to soften things up. Overall, the apartment was fine. It appears not to have been updated in several years and is due. Things are warn, stained and tired looking. WiFi worked well. Washer worked good ... American directions for it and the microwave/oven would be helpful. No Dryer. Hanging rack is available. Directions on where or what to do with the trash would have been nice too. Tiny trash can filled quickly, we hated leaving it for the cleaner, but didn’t know where to dispose of it. Again, the location is great. Not a touristy feel. Patricia is nice (the woman who meets you) but speaks NO English.

We arrived in Paris in the early afternoon - exactly as arranged. We called the number we were given and there was no answer - only a recording in French that we could not understand. We tried several times, same thing. Then we emailed the host - again no response. We sat in the lobby with our bags for nearly two hours. Eventually we were able to find the phone number of the host who was in another country. She called her friend to let us in and we were finally given access to the apartment. Our host had given us the wrong number to call. It was not the friend's number. So we lost two hours of our vacation. We were very disappointed with the apartment from the minute we walked in the door. I chose this apartment over my second choice because of the promise of air conditioning - even though this one was 50E more per night. I realize that some places in Paris have poor AC, bu this one had none. When we contacted the owner she said that the portable "AC unit" didn't really blow out cold air or even cool air, but that it refreshed the air. Basically it was a fan - a small one, in a closet. It had a 4" duct to blow the air into the room - so think about a 4" fan. We knew July would be warm, so we purposely sought a place with AC. It was hot when we were there and we were miserable. We couldn't even get the apartment to cool down at night with the windows open. We stayed 6 nights, so I paid 300E extra for nothing. Also missing - a pillow for the pullout, more than one dish towel, and more than one roll of toilet paper. There was peeling paint in the bathroom. The carpet was uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. I will not rent this apartment again. Do not rent this apartment in the summer!

Modest apartment in great location
Our family of 4 stayed in this very conveniently located apartment for 4 nights. While the apartment layout was comfortable, AC is advertised and the apartment does not have AC, there is a FAN. This made for very hot, uncomfortable nights where no one could sleep. I would think twice about renting in the summer.
