“A very quiet, quaint bed and breakfast. Annabel was away, but her manager Terry was warm, friendly, and very helpful regarding the surrounding areas, where to go, places to see and visit. We had the petite suite, so of course it was a little small, but otherwise very comfortable. Cottonwood is a very charming town!”

"Check in was a disaster… first room the sofa bed collapse, they offer another room and wasn’t ready, so we move to another one and the key didn’t work! Finally after 3 times we get in. Our first room a part of the bed has a very nice view, and they give us a parking view! To bad for the price! They didn’t made our bed and they know that we are in 4! They didn’t clean the room in 2 days! The location was ok but we love Sedona so we make it! "
