“Nick's annexe was really lovely. It was very clean, well equipped and a great location for exploring the city and hiking in the area. Nici communicated well, providing clear instructions for finding the house and for entering the unit. She was also very quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely return to Nick's annexe, if I am in the area. ”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Nordwales im Apartment von Julie und Geoffrey. Beide waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment liegt im ländlichen Raum und man hat kurze Anfahrtswege zu tollen Wanderrouten, in den Bergen oder an der Küste entlang. Kleine Supermärkte findet man in den naheliegenden kleinen Ortschaften, mehrere große Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im ca. 20 min. entfernten Caernarfon. “The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing.”

“This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The pool table and hot tub went down well. Plenty of kitchen equipment and a separate laundry room. There was an issue with the bins but the management company did try their best to resolve. Very close to the beach. Overall we would stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our mini-break stay in this lovely roomy well-presented and clean apartment so close to the sea front promenade and 10 minute walk from the town. There was a little noise with entry /exit of upstairs residents. Really good value for money. Thoughts for improvements: TV capable of receiving terrestrial channels and the bedroom would benefit from a better more comfortable mattress. Highly recommended and we would be happy to stay again.”

“Beautifully set out and accessible too, which was important for us as a first trip away after my partner suffered a stroke. The host was available to answer questions and also allowed us to leave at our leisure which made such a difference when showering/dressing needs extra time.
