“Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before.”

“I like this hotel and will definitely return. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and can communicate well in English. I am just a bit concerned about the distance I need to walk to my river side room in winter as it’s really chilly outside. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Food is nice but the morning traffic is a bit overwhelming. It’s a close distance to the outlet in case you are trying to drain your pocket there.”

“古典的外觀，還有雪景很美很美 早餐很有心思，安排不同時間享用不會感擠迫 充滿優質服務。 房間空間很足夠，浴缸也特別大熱水很充足 也配備浸浴鹽包及面部護膚品，很贊 但花晒很弱，力度不足還有床褥清潔不足，發現4条短型毛 令感受不良。大堂有免費自助咖啡機及茶包，隨時可以飲用到熱水 也很貼心 啲微波爐打開後有點震驚，像長時間沒有清潔，不像我平時看到的日本文化 ”

“Posizione ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ciotola di ramen gratuita ogni sera servita dalle 21:30. Onsen sul tetto molto bella con vasche interne ed esterne. Camere pulite e spaziose.”
