“2 oda rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen bir hatadan dolayı tek oda ayrılmış ve otel dolu olduğu için bizi önce farklı bir otele almayı tavsiye ettiler ancak biz ekstra katlı bir otel istemediğimizi ilettik oteli bunun için seçmiştik, kısa bir sürede sorunu çözdüler ve odalarımızı ayarladılar. Otelde büyük bir avlu var ve sabah kahvaltısı akşam oturmayı çay kahve hepsi burada sağlanıyor. Otelde oturduğumuz süre boyunca sürekli çay ikram edildi ve çay hep tazeydi. Odalar doğalgazlı ve oldukça sıcaktı....

“I was here at Arif Bey Konağı during the 2023 earthquake. The building was totally safe and unaffected, I was so lucky to choose it. Even more important, the owner, Arzu, Nuri and all the people working there were immensely helpful to me, they took care of me in these sad and troubled moments, and they helped me to reach the airport at the end. They are so special and I wish them the best. You can rest assured that this is the best choice if you want to stay in Gaziantep.”
