“I had a really nice stay overall, and the hotel itself is beautiful with a prime location. The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. However, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of hospitality from much of the staff. Aside from a few standouts—Braelyne, Taylor, and Alexa, who were absolutely amazing—the rest of the team seemed disengaged and, at times, inconvenienced to assist me and my friends. “I absolutely love this property. It was so comfortable and so well kept. I rebooked my stay again, because I loved it so much.”

“Ana the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and bed is comfortable. Perfect size. Only issue is that I was in room 124 which is right next to the cleanings staff closet. I tried to nap around 3 but it was very loud with them going in and out of it and the door slamming. Other than that this place is great and I recommend it. Just don’t get room 124 if you want a mid day nap. The pool area is clean. Some chairs need to be repaired but overall really good spot. ”

“This hotel is conveniently located to shopping , dining and outdoor activities in Scottsdale. Our room was clean and quiet and there was plenty of space for the two of us.
