“The staff here is amazing. So polite, professional and helpful. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed it which is rare. Location is near all the shopping and restaurants you could need. Parks nearby for kids to play. Wonderful stay and highly recommend. ”

“We try to use this hotel whenever we visit family in Lufkin. Although the hotel is becoming a bit old, the rooms are clean and the hotel is well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the walls are thicker than many hotels around the same price point. We have never had a bad experience here and would recommend anyone to stay at this Best Western if they are visiting the Lufkin area.”

“This is a new hotel (as of April 2025) and it's always great to stay at a new facility. However, my room already had some issues, which was disappointing (although I stayed only one night, so it didn't make sense to ask for another). First, the AC was noisy. Second, the one piece shower floor made some horrible squeaking noises when stepped on. Third, the parking lot lights are extremely bright. The heavy, light blocking curtains still let some through.
