Great, fresh air from patio doors made a perfect spot to visit over a glass of wine or coffee after 4 couples explored Florence from this convenient location just off the Piazza di Santa Croce. “This is a lovely spot just off the Ponte Vecchio. I would have given this property 5 stars except there are two things to be aware of: 1) If you have a car, you need to park in one of the garages that are between a .1-.3 mile walk away. You also need to make a reservation on your own at the garage. We were not able to do this because the reservation needed a plate number. When we arrived the garage the property recommended was full. Thankfully, they were able to send us to another nearby...

“If you expect a cozy room.. It's not cozy. It's a room in the house of the landlord, and you must share the bathroom with him. The room is a kind of closet with old things inside, the ones you should probably throw away but you don't have the courage. It's not clean, a bit smelly. We decided not to stay and come back home. For 97 euros, you can find much much better.”

“Amazing apartment and managed so well! The location was perfect and a 10-20 min walk to wherever we wanted to go. Apartment was super spacious, very clean, and updated. Beds were very comfortable. “I would have been happy to stay longer in this beautiful space. The apartment is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. For light sleepers, remember this is an old building in an old city. It does echo when people come and go so a noise machine or ear plugs may be suggested. The windows do an excellent job of blocking out street noise though. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and very helpful with guidance and suggestions. I would happily stay here again.”
