“W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. Drena was tops and Kyle the manager never stopped making sure the facility is great shape. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and quiet. “Location was amazing with the Elk lift directly behind the condo. Staff was amazing and the slope side view we had was wonderful! Our actual condo unit was old and outdated though. I could smell someone else’s perfume on the sheets that I slept in letting me know they weren’t cleaned. The extra blankets in the closet were dirty and stained, the pillows are all the size for a child’s head and very flat, some pillowcases smelled like a lady’s perfume all the blinds were broken, bathtub didn’t...
