“I had a lovely time at Shangri-la, great staff and view from my room.”

“Although the foyer was being renovated the staff did everything to make you feel welcome and not worry about. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 5pm and the staff organised complementary cocktails in the bar which was a nice thought. I’ve stayed at Raddison a few times and it’s always a lovely stay. Loved the view of the beach from our room but next time would to be on the other side away from the restaurants. ”

“All’arrivo nessun upgrade e la camera puzzava di muffa ; letto scomodo e affondi dentro; buona la colazione assortita spazi esterni buoni , la spiaggia non ha servizi ; al ceck out mi è stata addebitata una notte in più che poi mi è stata tolta; servizio al check-in scarso invece di preautorizzare la carta mi hanno fatto addebito totale della camera 2 vote … ”

“Struttura molto grande e con tanti servizi a disposizione. La SPA è fantastica. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La suite fronte spiaggia è magnifica e confortevole. Pulizia buona, è l’unica cosa migliorabile.”
