“Check in was great fast and very friendly. Rooms were very clean set up nicely. Plenty of towls and coffee for the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable a solid bed with no lumps or drooping and the best pillows EVER, i was so yempted to snag one. These were the perfect firmness where you did not need to keep folding them and the extra bit of comfort was the folded blanket on end of the bed especially on that cold night. “I visit Nac 4-6 times a year and like to stay at this hotel when visiting. It’s a convenient location and it’s always very clean! The biggest bonus for this place is it’s decently priced and there are 0 bugs!!! (Unlike some of the other hotels I’ve stayed at there). NO bugs here!!! I’d give this place 10 stars for that alone!! “The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice. You get what is expected for $59. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the floors had just been updated to wood vinyl instead of carpet. Our room had almost all the amenities of a “big name” hotel. “Ms.Rachel was amazing at check in. We mentioned going to the hot tub and after check in she went and got the jets started and sat towels out for us. She was very informative on questions we had as well. Very bubbly personality. Room was large. And the bed was very soft and inviting. Our shower head had great pressure. “Our checkin was easy and quick (I did the pre registration online) our room was nice and pretty quiet. It was cold that weekend so we turned the heat on real low and went to dinner.
