“This is an amazing location with wonderful views - unfortunately the weather was overcast and cool for summer so no stars at night. The rooms are good and maximise the views. Ok its not really five star but good given the location. I do have to comment on the food. A few tweaks could have made a big difference. The beef was beautiful produce but sadly overcooked. and I would not call a bowl of cold brocollini and sum raw baby spinach with a simple dressing a course. its an accompaniment. ...

“The property setting is incredible! Really hard to beat. Individual patios lead to waterfront where boats are moored. Hills beyond with easily reachable moderate hike of Snout's Track. Park at the Snout's Track Carpark and walk 40 mins to Queen Charlotte View. Modern rooms. Laundry very convenient. Owner Rachel is very helpful and upbeat! Town less than 5 mins drive.”

“Easy access from Picton Ferry terminal. Had to park around side on gravel because car park was full, not that it was a. Issue, only on luggage wheels. Stair and lift access to rooms. Small king size bed, slept well enough though. TV could only access one station, all other services were unavailable. Large room, clean and tidy. View glimpses of water and harbour.
