“Beautiful secluded property and views of the ocean, old vineyard and canyon. It was so wonderful to come home from the hustle and bustle of Malibu each day to our little oasis. Sitting on the porch with a glass of wine and enjoying the sunset was sublime. Robin was a wonderful, responsive host. We would definitely come back again!”

“Alpine Ranch is wonderful! Clean, quiet, peaceful, everything you could want is provided. Very cozy, comfortable retreat. Lots of birds in a beautiful oak grove, best place for a morning coffee. Excellent location for exploring wine country. We had a wonderful time - definitely coming back. Caroline is an awesome host! Always quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. Ron is great. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place.”

“We stayed here for four days as a family getaway. There was 15 of us ages 0 to 75. We do this once a year using vrbo in various locations and this was one of our favorites. It was a wonderful place with close shopping and family activities. Great hikes around the area and restaurants. The house itself was spectacular. Pool was great, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for our family of 15. Favorite part was the front porch for sure. I would highly recommend for any one...

The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. Pool, spas, firepit, games... the beds were ridiculously comfy, the kitchen well stocked with equipment- I never wanted to leave! The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays!”

“We brought our adult children to stay at this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. The house is really cute and easy to access. There is a great bakery and market within walking distance. There were also some bars and restaurants, but we didn’t go to them because it was a holiday weekend. The decor was charming and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they left some nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We appreciated the details.”

“Owners are very nice. Farmhouse was Spotless and extremely welcoming. Everything we were hoping for, farmhouse provided. Perfect place for three generations of family under one roof. Room for the kids to play in the yard, adventure at the pond and comfy patio and couches for times of rest. We loved our stay and are already planning our next trip back.”

The home is just so warm and welcoming, the backyard is idyllic, and the beds were comfy. The rooms were spacious and lovely! All the photos were accurate. BUT. The kitchen -- which is stunning -- is not stocked for cooking or serving. For example, there are no casserole dishes, which I didn't know.
