“Excellent position and good suite with nice ocean view. We spent here 3 nights also 10 days ago and ho early (and strangely) the double room is better than the suite, though. Service personnel level not at the level of expectations (especially one single guy at Front Desk on Aug, 27th in the late morning who kept us there for 10 minutes answering phone and minding his own business instead of competing our service). ”

“This is a great hotel that close to a ton of restaurants, the pier, and a short uber ride to The Getty Museum, and also Venice Beach. Ask the concierge or front desk which restaurants are best. We had a balcony with a view of the pier & the ocean. It was a little cool, so we didn't get to the pool. It looks cool weather permitting. Staff is awesome too! Super friendly, so stay here when in Santa Monica. ”

“This hotel didn’t match my expectations. First of all they should provide a complimentary bottle of water in the room….they don’t give you water unless you go in the lobby to ask for it. Second they have a very expensive parking: 55 dollars per night. Way too much considering that they charge only if you stay overnight ( you cannot park on the street otherwise have to wake up every morning at 8.00 to remove the car otherwise you get a fine). Last this hotel doesn’t have any service like gym or...
